New Year’s Reflections
After devouring your third Nanaimo bar (just when you thought that no one was looking!) and purging your closet for the umpteenth time, you’re ready to embark on the New Year, feeling cleansed.
New Year’s resolutions have seen the likes of everything from losing something (weight and debt) to gaining something (saving more money and traveling). The general idea is to “work” on something. Consider this: instead of choosing a new fix-it project, don’t. Let’s be honest: the statistics on New Year’s resolutions aren’t great. Take a breather on the goal-driven statements and instead, write a letter to yourself.
